Felman Productions Commercial Service Policy

Felman Productions provides scoped commercial production and business
services. It is separate from Oracles of Faith — Combating Darkness and
Evildoers.

Scope

Each purchase covers only the deliverables stated on the applicable
service product page and the final written customer scope.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide lawful materials and accurate information.
• Possess authority to use submitted content, accounts, trademarks,
  media, and data.
• Respond to required intake and approval requests.
• Maintain independent backups of customer-owned systems and content.

Access and security

Felman Productions uses bounded, revocable access whenever system access
is necessary. Customers should never transmit sensitive credentials through
ordinary email or public messages.

Delivery timing

Delivery periods begin after required intake, materials, approvals, and
access boundaries are received. Customer delays, third-party outages, or
scope changes may extend completion.

Additional work

Work outside the purchased scope requires a separate written scope and
price. No customer is charged automatically for additional work.

Results

No guarantee is made concerning sales, customers, traffic, income,
profit, search ranking, platform acceptance, or third-party performance.

Refusal and cancellation

Felman Productions may refuse unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive,
unsafe, credential-exposing, spam-related, or materially misrepresented
work. Refund handling follows the applicable published refund policy and
the portion of work already performed.

Ministry separation

Purchasing a Felman Productions service is not a donation to, membership
in, endorsement by, or spiritual service from Oracles of Faith.
