Refund Policy
Oracles of Faith provides digital goods, downloadable publications, and ministry resources. Because digital content can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final once delivery or download access has been provided, except where required by law.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, inability to use a customer’s device or software, browser or internet problems, or failure to access content after successful delivery.
Technical Access Help
If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, Oracles of Faith will make a reasonable effort to help restore access, re-send download information, or troubleshoot the delivery issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If a customer believes a duplicate purchase was made, they should contact support with the order numbers and email address used at checkout. Duplicate purchase review is handled case by case.
Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Oracles of Faith before opening a payment dispute so we can review the order and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
