1. Establish Your Heart

Stop and prepare before speaking.

• Act with unconditional love.
• Listen before answering.
• Do not argue or pressure anyone.
• Speak truth with gentleness and respect.
• Use the MCE Canon, not personal opinion, as authority.

2. Pray for Action

Supreme Authority Mighty Creator, establish my heart in truth, humility, courage, and unconditional love. Help me listen, understand, and speak only what agrees with Your established Word. Guide my actions under the authority of Jesus the Anointed One. Amen.

3. Learn the Person's Need

Ask simple questions and listen carefully.

• What brought this conversation forward?
• What do you believe?
• What question or concern do you have?
• Would you like prayer or MCE teaching?

Read the passage and its surrounding verses before giving an explanation.

6. Explain Clearly

• Say what the MCE Canon establishes.
• Separate Scripture from personal experience.
• Admit when you do not know an answer.
• Do not promise results that have not happened.
• Do not use fear, pressure, or political arguments.

7. Invite a Response

• What do you understand from this passage?
• Would you like prayer?
• Would you like to continue learning from the MCE Canon?
• Is something stopping you from turning back to God?

8. Record Only What Happened

Do not guess or make claims for the person.

9. Follow Through

• Offer an MCE reading plan.
• Offer another witnessing meeting.
• Save follow-up information only with permission.

After This Device Is Activated

Refresh or reopen the Witness Tool. Then tap Give MCE Access and tap Create a New QR.

Android: Tap the three dots, then tap Refresh.

iPhone: Tap the refresh arrow, or close and reopen the app.

Use a new QR for each person. Do not reuse the same QR for another person.

How to give access

1. Make sure this device is online.
2. Tap Create a New QR.
3. Let one person scan the QR with the device they will use.
4. Wait until their screen says access is active.
5. Create a different QR for the next person.

Each QR works one time. The person needs internet for the first opening. After that, the installed MCE and Witness Tool can work offline.

Use one new QR for each person. Do not share the private QR that activated the witness device.
